How do you ship your products? 📦

Our products are shipped directly from the factory where they are printed. For this reason, we rely on La Poste's service, which allows us to offer a delivery time of 2 to 7 days in France, 3 to 10 days in Europe, and 4 to 18 days for all destinations outside Europe.

I made a mistake when ordering 😱

Don't panic! If you realize your mistake quickly, you have up to 24 hours to notify us of the change. If this deadline passes, you'll need to refer to our return policy.

My package never arrived! 😔

If you have never received your package, you must notify us as soon as possible. Once the package is indicated as delivered, you must then prove the carrier's fault in order to be able to reship or refund the item.

If it is due to an address error and the package is returned to us, then only the shipping costs will be at your expense and we will reship your package!
